What we collect

When you or an AI agent acting for you submits a sourcing request or exporter listing (via our website, API or MCP server), we store the fields you send: product details, quantities, destination, company name, contact email and optional WhatsApp number. We also log technical data needed to run the service (timestamp, tool name, user-agent). We do not store IP addresses beyond short-term rate limiting in memory.

How we use it

• To review your request and contact Turkish manufacturers about it.
• To send you quotes, questions and status updates.
• For exporters: to show your company and products (without contact details) to buyers and their agents after review.

Sharing

We share the product requirements of a sourcing request with the manufacturers we contact. We share a buyer's contact details with a manufacturer only when needed to complete a quote, and an exporter's contact details with a buyer only after a matching request. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and handle repeat orders, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing desk@jibminturkiya.com. We are based in Turkey and process data in line with KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the GDPR.
